The staff at this hotel is exceptional! Nishi made sure our check-in and check-out were hassle-free. the breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made pancakes & omelettes. the rooftop pool was a highlight, and I wish they had a roof so we could enjoy it early in the morning. the location near the Mall of the Emirates was convenient for exploring the area.

One improvement could be reducing the staff visits to rooms for a more peaceful stay. the traffic getting out of the area can be a bit congested at times.

Efficient self check-in process, high hygiene standards, professional staff, and informative service. Centro is exceptional with attention to detail, providing a smooth and pleasant stay experience. Will definitely return!

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at Centro Barsha - By Rotana, as chosen by my director. One of the highlights of my stay was the fabulous outdoor rooftop swimming pool. Whether I was kick-starting my morning with a refreshing swim or unwinding at the end of a busy day, the spectacular views and serene atmosphere made it a truly enjoyable experience. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool and fitness facilities on the rooftop were exactly where I wanted to be, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and exercise.

The telephone headset was not working except speaker mode, my child was sleeping so couldn't use that repeatedly for customer service.

My recent stay was fantastic! the breakfast served by Chanaka was amazing, with made-to-order eggs and delicious pastries. the rooftop pool was better than in photos. Would DEFINITELY stay again!

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped with local taxi number on my first visit. It suits me perfectly, has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, outdoor pool. I'm coming back for the weekend.

The hotel also offered wheelchair accessibility and had a strict no pets and no smoking policy. it was a fantastic stay with top-notch facilities and a convenient location.

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this hotel near the Mall of Emirates shopping mall and train station. The location was perfect for exploring the area and trying out nearby dining options. I chose Centro for its proximity to Wild Wadi Waterpark. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitable professional staff who spoke fluent English. I also liked Centro's innovative 24-hour take-away dining concept, making it convenient to grab a quick bite.

Inconsistent service, slow laundry pressing. Rude receptionists, inconsistent pool area monitoring.

the staff were lovely, facilities perfect, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. there's a free shuttle to a nearby shopping mall, and it's close to the metro line. the rooms are clean and new, with no strange odors, and the pool is also clean and inviting. the staff were accommodating to my dietary needs, going above and beyond to prepare meals to my specifications.

I stayed at Centro for one night and it was the BEST❤️ The hotel is amazing, close to Mall of the Emirates and the metro station. The room was comfortable with enough power sockets. The bathroom was comparable to those in higher-rated hotels. The staff, especially Mr. Mohammed at reception, were friendly and helpful. The deli in the lobby is open 24/7. The location is excellent, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing, scanning, and other office facilities.

We hit up Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence - so much vibe! The hotel's close to everything and the service was peng, especially with sorting out the UAE visas. The all-day dining was nang - proper munch to keep us going for our next adventure.

For even more bants, we wish the hotel had a proper party area or organized events for us teens to let loose.

We had the opportunity to explore the vibrant city with its mesmerizing Arabian Gulf coastline, and the dynamic Al Maktoum family's influence on Dubai's transformation from a quiet fishing village to the bustling metropolis it is today. The hotel's close proximity to the Mall of the Emirates made it easy for our family to access all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options the area has to offer.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.
